humid lobby missing toiletries

the lobby felt very humid upon arrival. also, there was a shortage of basic toiletries. i had to request soap and shampoo. the manager did not acknowledge any issues. i found this unacceptable.

slow replenishment poor soundproofing

I found the breakfast service wanting. The buffet area was frequently congested. i often had to wait for a table, and the replenishment of food items was slow. also, the soundproofing was poor. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep on several occasions. this is unacceptable. Given the price point.

convenient location express buses helpful staff excellent breakfast

The location is great, close to etihad arena and yas mall. yas express buses stop nearby. This offers free transport to attractions like warner bros and sea world. the staff was helpful. breakfast had many options for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

the fridge in the room did not work well, this was inconvenient.

AMAZING Stay Near Everything!

comfy beds wide variety friendly staff

The room was gorgeous , it had plenty of space, and the beds were comfy. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly, especially in the breakfast area. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food selections available EVERY morning.

The humid lobby was not the most pleasant first impression.

I had a beautiful room with a balcony , and it offered an AMAZING sea view. The room was spacious and clean. the room service was excellent and quick , operating 24 hours daily.

The hotel is very close to the airport and all main attractions , located on Yas Island. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, something I REALLY appreciated. The hotel had good amenities with good breakfast options.
